Mushroom Truffle Risotto

Our chef’s craft this restaurant quality risotto in small batches with premium ingredients and lots of love. We toast our arborio rice with shallots and then reduce with white wine, add sautéd mushrooms and vegetable stock and keep reducing while carefully stirring our rice for real authentic texture and flavor. We finish with black truffle oil and parmesan and thyme plus sautéd crimini mushrooms on top. Buon appetito!
