Bulgogi Braised Brisket
We take prime beef brisket and braise it in our house-made Bulgogi sauce until fall apart tender and serve it over a bed of Kimchi slaw. Our slaw features vegetables that are sautéed, blanched and roasted to crunchy al dente perfection, and tossed in a handcrafted dressing of Gochujang, sesame and apple cider vinegar
